Cognizil's Four Ingredients, Explained
Updated 2026
Cognizil names four ingredients. Here's a plain-English guide to what each actually does — and why the "memory support" label is a stretch.
Spermidine
A polyamine studied for autophagy (cellular "clean-up") and, in some research, cognition and healthy ageing. This is the one ingredient with a plausible memory rationale — but its dose here isn't disclosed.
Baobab Fibre & Konjac Glucomannan
Both are soluble/prebiotic fibres, studied for digestion, satiety and blood sugar. Useful nutrition — but not memory ingredients. Konjac glucomannan also needs plenty of water and can slow medication absorption.
L-Arabinose
A plant sugar studied mainly for blunting sugar absorption — a metabolic angle, not a cognitive one.
The number that's missing — and the mismatch
Two honest problems stack up here. First, three of the four ingredients don't match the "memory" claim. Second, none of the amounts are published, so even the one cognition-linked ingredient can't be confirmed at a research-relevant dose. Read the panel on your bottle and treat the ingredient list as a starting point, not proof of a memory effect.
